Water change additives

Hi all, just wondering, other than RO/distilled water added during water change, do you guys add anything else like Mosura Mineral plus or old sea mud powder? Is it a must to have additives?

I do add mosura mineral plus for my CRS tank, since my RO/DI water measures 0 ppm, i think they will probably need some minerals to help with molting?

If you keep using just RO or distilled water for water changes.. Your GH and TDS will keep dropping..

Products like Mineral Plus are for re-mineralization of these water with beneficial minerals for shrimps...

Think you just need to bring up a little GH and TDS because our tap water has about 3dGH and TDS 70 approximate... Mineral plus should be ok.. But you do not need to use it too much..

Measure your aged water before using.. Easier... Try match your tank water or if you have intention to bring up or bring down, then tweak accordingly...
