Why glue two pieces of mesh together when they won't really stick. Either tie the two pieces as a sandwich, or glue the moss directly to the mesh. But glue on mesh may not be ideal due to low surface area for the glue to adhere to.

Cable tie to hold the 2 mesh together. Then use rubber sucker to stick the meshes to the tank wall

Like sewing, weave in and out. search youtube. Actually i manage to do a moss carpet with one mesh only, for moss wall the tying down must be tighter and i would not recommend gluing, too messy and not sure if it safe for fishes. like other bro suggest cable tie to suction pads.

if you have a large mesh, then 2 mesh and some weaving is more or less needed.
There are also some bros using eggcrate as the backing instead of 2 mesh (which is rather over flexible). Then use suckers just to hold it in place since eggcrate is rigid.

btw, normal based super glue will kill the moss 1st. If you intend to use supeglue. Please buy those gel based if not you will have "frozen" white moss

Nothing much to improve on, just ensure the sides do not allow the fish to move behind the mesh itself. It can turn into a serious death trap for some fish.
