Help Cherry shrimp!!

My cherry shrimps population is deceasing as the day passes. Anyone know might be the cause and what's the best condition for shrimp to survivie in?

They are great at playing "hide and seek".
Did you actually managed to count them all and your tank is bare?
If not most probably they are hiding and shedding skin(molting?).
Because they are most vunerable after they finished shedding their skin, they will hide.
But anyway, did you just buy your shrimps?
Did you condition them before putting them into the tank?
Any predators?
