I'm not using coral chips on my 2nd tank. When i started using salty shrimp 8,5, do have casualties. (my itchy hands!!)
I saw you having Mambo Bee. how long have you been keeping it?

Keeping them too! 2 red lines and a couple of cardinal surviving, cardinal just berried! Tank is around 2 months.
No luck with blue leg poso at all! So puzzled, thought they are supposed to be hardier type? *scratch head*
Bee, gold flakes, all died.. surprised at my surviving 2 red lines..

Grab whatever I see at Y618 to top up my colony every few other weeks. Sigh.

I must say NICE PICTURES, as always!
I see my favourite shrimp, 6-banded

Currently my tank is doing okay after three major problem, hair algae overgrown, planaria and ramshorn snail population exploded.
My F2 Cardinals are growing bigger, hope they will breed soon

Cherries wont be able to survive. u can try sulawesi snails instead? They are hardier than sulawesi shrimps, so if the snails die, it is not ready yet.
I keep sulawesi shrimps, tetras, birds, exotic pets, herptiles and monster fishes.
