Partition Fish Tank

My new flat will be coming soon and have the idea of doing up a partition fish tank (planted aquarium) in the living room, to divide the area when I've into the house from the main door.

Is it better to get the ID to do everything for me or look for fishtank specialist?

I only want the design, tanks & equipments for planted tanks. Any advise?

thanks for the info...i saw some really nicely done up full height cabinet fish tanks by N30, if going by the size i want at 3 x 1.5 x 1.5, will it be very expensive?
