If your Riccia is pearling, then I daresay there's enough sufficient CO2.
Guys, i need some help here recently i set up a 3ft tank.. i got riccia and japanese hairgrass in it.. but i want to know how much co2 is needed .. now currently i am using 2 bubble count per second is it sufficent?

Around 1 month or so. Condition the water with fertilizer, light & Co2.
