Made a trip down to NA yesterday and saw 2 new products for your crystal reds.

1 is a type of food and the other is something like mineral liquid to add in the tank.

The food is 3 red notes for about 150 grams and the mineral liquid is about 4 red notes if i didnt remember wrongly.

Chan did say the supplier boasted that the food is one of the most highly rated in Japan. He also added that customers whom bought the food gave positive comments about them. I personally bought a bottle and fed my crystal reds. They didn't rush to the food immediately as compared to Shirakura. Probably they were new to the food. But compared to Mosura, the shrimps respond better then it even though i fed them for the first time.

Below are the pictures i took. Hope it helps.

    Food.

    Mineral liquid.

I am using both currently, so far so good. Previously using mosura bio plus & mineral plus.

You can check their website, but all Japanese.

Don't fret, i read mosura has chetin, a kind of stuff to help shrimps molt well, and quite alot of people are using it, just that my personal experience is that they do not really like to eat mosura food, and mosura food if they are left uneaten by the shrimps and when i try to take it away from the tank, it sort of will break up into many many pieces, does not make it a good sight. Maybe you can get a few variety for your shrimps.

    Hi bro Marle = ]

Wow, you must have 'special relations' with NA uncle because the last time i tried to take pictures he scolded me saying his shop cannot take pictures = p

Luckily the mosura mineralplus that i bought from colourful is much cheaper then the mineral sold at NA >_<

Maybe in the near future i will buy a bottle from NA and do a compare for the bros online = ]

This is the best crs food I've ever use so far. It is orange in color, round in shape and sinks very fast.

I am curious to know how the pellets look like inside. asked NA uncle he said never seen before but its quite effective according to his customer. The pricing alittle high to risk.

I agreed ! My crs preferred the new food (efish) . After feeding them for a week, no CRS want to touch the mosura any more.

i have 3 types of food i bought catered for crystal red shrimps.

I rate 1) Shirakura, 2) this new one, 3) Mosura, in terms of response by the shrimps.

I tried feeding some mosura to my tank of yamato, cherry, malayan and many other shrimps. My yamoto are the first ones to quick come and grab (literally) and run away. 2 of them even fought for it! hahaha....

Luckily I bought a pack of Shirakura... my first CRS food... was just browsing through

But the funny thing is... the CRS (just released into the tank 2 hours) seem to prefer the ADA Bacter Ball!!!
