    Hi all,

    I am new from this forum,
    Just want to share my aquascape with all of urs.

    Very natural and soothing setup.

    You may also like to share with the folks here how long it took to mature the scape.

    Can I ask if you have consider before another choice for the fish?

    substrate : ADA power sand, Amazonia 2 powder type(foreground), Amazonia 2 normal type(background)
    temp : 26c-27c (cooling fan supply 24 hours)
    fertilizer : S.Excel + ADA green brightly step 1 (weekly)
    lighting : 26 watt philips twist bulb x 2
    CO2 : DIY
    Age : 2.5 month

    Actually, we(jb) got no much option for fishes.

    something silver... plain fishes with less colour.

    I usually buy from here then bring back JB, agree that JB got not much choice. A few fish shop just starting to sell low grade CRS. Try the fish shop at Carrefour, they carry quite a variety of fishes compare to others.

    golden tetra? actually, i looking for something boraras maculata or boraras brigitae. due to my tank only 1 feet. cardinals are alway too big for me. hem.

    i went there few times. but always the same fishes.cardinal ..cardinal and cardinal. that why , cardinal in my tank..hahaha

    Any idea for why my HC doesnt grown like carpet?
    mine grown very tall.
    my fren ask me to trim more will get those effect. isnt it?

    Due to space limitation, there only few pcs of fishes can be keep.
    so, i dun think they can shool nicely. somemore my cardinals are very big.
    think to change other fishes. looking for some mirco fish to make them school. i think might be quite nice~

    Most of the plant after much trimming they get more bushy and short. HC need more light to creep lower i guess.

    It's amazing for your tank to look so seasoned in 2 1/2 months... well done! I think you should go for some smaller tetras such as Ember... then your tank will look larger than 1ft cube

    I especially like the left side where the mid-ground and fore-ground blends in very nicely.

    Very good scape.
