Thanks Bro.....
Ohhh.... just a reminder to you, to be using the full spelling of all words used here in AQ, meaning "congratulation"
I had just being issued with 3 infraction points, which will only expire on the 7th, for using sms/ IM lingo. I was surprise that no warning were given, as I am fully aware of the policy, but I had assume short form of certain standard words can be written; apparently not.
I better focus from now on, to spell every single words, like pictures, instead of 'xxc', month instead of 'xxh' etc
you watch out too okie.![]()
'okie' ? Haha.
Nice setup. Need to learn from all of you what species is which. I think I bought cardinals and blue leg peso. But can I ask if the shrimp is red with dark yellow stripe across it's body, what species is that? Thanks in advance..

As for the shrimp you describe, hmm... Could it be a red gold flake?

Looks like Sulawesi shrimp is getting hot...
I have a simple 1 ft cube set up as well.
Recently I bought a pair of Starry Night,
the parents did not made it. The shrimplets
are still around and about 6 mm in length.
Anyone knows how to improve their chance
to juvenile stage?

Good luck in your shrimps! hope to see updates soon!)
Updates :-
Most of the cardinal survived; but two adult one disappeared..*sob* not sure if it is mounding failure... cause it happens during the period when I am away from office (due to Hand Foot Mouth Disease at home).
Anyway, the one and only shrimplet is growing well.
TDS :- 600-700
Temperature :- 29-30
PH :- 8.0
Maybe considering topping up more cardinals next month once I am confident that my water parameters are okie, and that the recent death not due to it.
Updates :-
With 4 cardinal adults, I found 2 berried mommies.
Lets see how this batch will survive.
Contests, double joy. I just read gestation is about 30 days... Hope that you will get more shrimplets this round. By the way, what do you feed them with? Do you introduce dried Indian almond leave?
