I went for inert stones n the plants r doing well; so did not test kH

it is a beauty! what light are you using? Read that it is difficult to get carpet at 2 feet in height.

☺ I use 4 x T5 abt 2 hrs and 2 x MH abt 3 hrs daily. Been reducing the MH timing lately becos of some blue algae 😠

i have a 322,same thing, try to get carpet effect but got algae instead on the lotus plant.
So i reduce the lights and scrap the carpet idea.
