Hi i was at Y618 today. Saw some there. On the betta racks. Didn't notice the price. Seem to be in very overcrowded condition.

Try biotope for the true rams. Not the balloon type.

okie noted, thanks!
You have lost me. What are the "normal" ones compared to Holland rams? Aren't Holland rams normal?
As I understand it, rams, Holland rams or German rams are all the same species, i.e. Mikrogeophagus ramirezi. The only reason why they are called Holland rams or German rams are because there are tank bred in Holland or German and coveted because of the quality.
However, there are also other tank bred forms like balloon, long finned, other colour forms etc. So when someone says Holland ram, they are most probably referring to the normal form.
P.S. There is also a different species, the Bolivian ram, M. altispinosus.
holland rams the shape is long over shape, and marble rams is a round shape. You can look at AQ i have post some of my picture is normal consider marble rams.

Uhm, those are balloon rams and aren't normal/natural. Those are aquarium variants that were specially bred for that specific trait.
The normal/natural rams looks like this, see Benny's photos.
