    Don't be so critical.
His tank is far way nicer than many of us, especially shrimp keepers like me.
Also, he said water just filled in today, which means he has just finished landscaping and yet to touch up.

By the way, what is the best way to remove the watermark? I do not want to use chemical as I do no want to kill my livestock. I find it impossible just to clean with wet cloth. Please advise.
Apologies if it sound critical, I am used to observing for all these little stuffs for removals over my end. Can't call it strict, more like discipline.
Yes I agree with you. His scape is pretty. But maybe Amano is right, the front should be beautiful. Personally I am ??? about the ceramic rings at the bottom. Perhaps I am not a shrimp person so I cannot appreciate it at this point of time.

Singapore side conducting shrimp sharing session next week. Hope to pick up some pointers and start a shrimp tank instead. Not because I like but because I lack the shrimp experience, would like a taste of it.

Thank you for your advices, but this is a tank for shrimp so i don't need something so clean (too lazy to always remove the water mark ). For the rings at the bottom, i hesitated but since it is to breed shrimp i don't mind.
Is the shrimp sharing session with silane? If so i would have liked to be there, he is a good breeder. I am sure that you will learn something usefull

You can try with scraper or razor.

No problem, those who landscape for fish tend to be more critical.

For most serious shrimps keeper with high quality shrimp, their tank tend to be very bare with only maybe a few water plant and moss.
Those who keep CRS and Taiwan bees will prefer PH 6.5 and below and most of them will never place a single piece of rock in their tank.
I do not believe in igneous rock after a recent event.

For those shrimps keeper who keep shrimps like the neocaridina family, they tend to decorate their landscape better with many plants, driftwood, rocks and so on.

Yes, you are right that he should hide the ceramic ring.
I think he will do that, most of us are tired after the first day of setup and touch up comes later when we are free during the weekend.

I have a small tank that I have ceramic rings on top of the soil which I have no intention of hiding it.
The more I look at it, the more I like it. ---> eyes of the beholder. hahaha..........

Hope you have a nice shrimp sharing session next week.
Keep us updated on your session as well.

Don't worry, i already removed a part of the fungus never said that i won't listen to your advices

No but with amazonia you can be sure that the ph is below 7, and the white on the bee inside the tank are nice so i think the ph is around 6,5.

Glad that you did, now you one one more step to perfection.
As for your PH, I have no comment as I know a few breeders who don't give a damn to the PH, but most of us on this forum prefer PH 6.5 and below.

It is not that i don't care about ph, i always try to keep the ph to 6,5 but i think that testing is not necessary. You can observe the colour of the shrimp to see if the ph is too low or if the shrimp don't reproduce that mean that the ph is too high. Personnaly i only tested my first 2 tank the first week and now i have three tanks with crs since 3 years i have no problem. But this is because i never change water always add osmosis water with mineral plus so the water parameters don't change and since i setted up my tank like others i don't think that the parameters are that different.

The tank looks good as it is now. What is that thing to the left of the picture just above the driftwood? An internal breeder box? I love the light set supports. $$ sign as light supports, real cool.

The thing on the left was a filter but the shrimp wanted to climb inside because of the water flow so i stopped it. I didn't pay attention to the light supports but now that you say it that's true it looks like $
