Algea on fissidens

Hi all, how do i conter this algea? my fissidens is doing fine (i hope) except for this algeas. i do have SAE and yamato in this tank and the water current from my external filter, i on at mid range. my fert regime is 5ml of micros and 5ml of a mix solution of P,N and K - once a week. Light is T5 Aqualux 10000k 24W x2 and temp varies from 26-28 just using one fan. thanks for reading
