    Five-striped Blue-tailed Skink

    This species was on my most wanted list since begining of this summer. I saw it 2 times in the field bofore but this time I finally managed to catch it..with hand..yeah, it took me one hour...

    This one I caught is about 8 cm...too bad it will become normal brown brown skink when it grows..

    Yup. Natural history publication (Borneo) just published a new book called A pocket guide - Amphibians & Reptiles of Brunei. (by Indraneil Das) all the pictures are clear & sharp.
