Good experience at C328

Hi all,

I bought a ph pen last Friday from C328, few days later, the batteries went flat, I replaced the batteries couple of days later and they too lasted only for 2 days. So this afternoon, I brought the ph pen to C328, got to admit I was a little apprehensive about getting the issue resolved. Was thinking the owner would probably just offer to send it for repairs because the pen has 1 yr warranty. Instead the uncle there just verified that the pen could not be switched on and gave me a replacement with no question asked.

I'm still a little disgruntled everytime I visit a certain LFS with the China lady manning the cashier. Always talks like she had a sleepless night last night

Yup..

That's why C328 is always so crowded.. Everyone loves to go there cause uncle and auntie are so friendly and service oriented.. You can reserve fishes and in the end.. if the fishes are not to your expectation.. you can choose not to buy (though not very nice), but they will still be very ok with that..

Just called in the afternoon to check out a fish.. Uncle said don't have but will be glad to help me find out from the supplier and he got back to me in the evening..

That is why although I stayed in the east.. I will still drop by C328 frequently but will never find it troublesome but worth the trip every single time.. Felt so lucky for bros who stayed in the west..

Don't think it is that hard to miss it.

You can treat it as a visit to LFS.

Haha. But I've accepted that attitude somewhat... at least the old parents at the shop on weekends are really friendly. Love the thumbs-up sign by the father whenever I ask him for something.

back to topic.
i have had many good experience with c328 for equipment exchange.
the recent eheim sludge extractor was my most recent exchange.
i found a crack on the battery cover after i got home.
the the only "problem" i had was containing my desire to fix up everything and try it!
went back two days later told uncle.
he confirmed with auntie i bought the unit from her and i got my exchange done.

hahaha... so familiar.. thats the one and only lfs...

C328 good... uncle and auntie also friendly that time i exchange quite a few things from them also. And they also never ask any question straight away change for you. I enjoy going there too nomatter sometime never buy anything.

Today made a trip down to C328 again..

Told uncle that I like one of his fish more than my own as I prefer smaller size fishes than bigger sizes one.. Decided to buy from him the fish where uncle told me he allows me to use my fish and do a one to one exchange..

Really felt very appreciated from what he told me.. Excellent customer services.. C328 all the way now though this place seem to be a bit far from my home..

Yah, same experience with that shop lady boss although I long time customers liow, my 2 tank setup all from the same shop. Think I spent at least 7-8k there already over past 5 years. Each time, must like beg for discount like that and even got rejected sometimes. Now I do not bother to ask already, even give only a little bit. C328 is the BEST experience for me as well among almost all the LFS in Singapore I went to but it's just too far away from my home and working place! Sigh!

hahaha... ya C328 the BEST customer service among lfs. But i dont mind go there every week. Now holiday anytime feel like going will go there and shop.

Ha! Ha! Sounds like things have not changed with the Chinese lady at THAT LFS. I've had similar experiences with her and sometimes she seems more interested in watching her little TV! But I agree that the proprietor's parents, especially his Dad, are friendly.
