you can check out the plantedtank forum's DIY section. i believe there are threads on DIY ones. i doubt you can get cheap autodoers here. minimum expenditure would be $100+ for 2 types of liquids

You can try using a dextrose dripper which you can purchase from any pharmacy supplies.
