Hi bros/sis, it has been a long time since I've been away from planted tanks and now I'm back with my 2nd nano 25cm cube tank (the 1st was a 19cm cube tank which has 1 betta and its now on my wife's office desktop).

1 HOB Filter with Ammonex and some coral chips
Substrate = 3/4 packet of Red Gex Soil
Temp 24-25 Deg C

US Fissiden
Mini Pelia
Norm Pelia
Thai Gujing
Australia Gujing
Java Moss
Some Crypt
A small stalk of Red Lotus
Inhabitants:
1 horned snail
1 Zebra Nerite Snail
1 Tracked Nerite Snail
16 Sakura Shrimps
5 "C" CRS
1 Hino CRS (To be added soon)

Hi bro dom, yeah after a few failed attempts, too specialized feeders le hahaha plus the price of marine fishes and stuff have gone up alot man... heard from my bro in law he bought a Blue tang for $60 lor somemore only a 50cents size leh... wonder which shipment he got it from hahahaOriginally Posted by dominik

well considering they're abt 3 weeks old in my tank and I'm dosing twice weekly of Seachem Excel, so I guess its still early to tell bah
they look healthy to me.. good luck in keeping them bro.. i tried with excel and ferts under my 2 - 2.5wpg low tech tank and they died off.
edit : anyway the hong ye that u bought from petmart are not aquatic.. guess it will slowly die off in your aquarium.
