    anyone used the above before?
    bought 1 yesterday as my female apisto turning yellow..



    it was quite big.. i wonder if apisto would not use a pot that the opening is too big?


    quite well finished too.. cheap and hopefully its good.. i tied some taiwan moss to the top too..

    The bottom opening seems smaller. Maybe you can use that as the only opening, i.e. you put the circular opening flat on the substrate.

    got smaller size for sale?

    If its too big, you can sink the pot into the gravel such that the opening is halfed. One behaviour i observed is the female piling up gravel to cover the opening if possible. But apistos are not fussy spawners, so your pot might work.

    i would say they can definately use this cave for breeding purpose....i used similar size pot for apisto breeding too

    thanks bro.. the male at times will hide in the cave.. female swimming around it.. hopefully the female not too small to spawn now.

    yea i know that.. my male is ready to breed.. female turning slightly yellow.. removing my dither fishes soon too..
