Looking for Equipment

Greeting to all,
I am looking for the following equipments, to start of with my project.

1) Tornado Fan.
2) 1 Feet LED Lightings.

Would appreciate if anyone knows of where I can get cheaper stuff from local LFS, can PM me and recommend where I can get the items.

As I am trying to work in a low budget.

Any help greatly appreciated.
