I'm no shrimp expert, but that does look like what is commonly known as a 'ghost shrimp' indeed.

'Ghost shrimp' is a term that apparently refers to many different species; in Singapore, 'ghost shrimps' are sold as feeders. These are most likely the introduced riceland prawn (Macrobrachium lanchesteri) or Oriental river prawn (Macrobrachium nipponense). There are various native Macrobrachium freshwater prawns in Singapore, but these are rare and restricted to forest streams and swamp forests, and probably aren't found in the aquarium trade.

The usually found feeder ghost shrimps should have a pair of pincers at the end of 2 elongated limbs. I can't see it from the pictures above though
