12 out of 24 crypts have new leaves sprouting.
No recent deaths or anything.

Ok after hasty thinking, I'm gonna add short and bushy plants around the back left hand side of the tank and some small plants around the sides of the rocks. Any idea ?

If you prefer to stick with your crypt iwagumi concept, just plant lots of crypt parva everywhere. If propogated and re-planted regularly, it could eventually develop into a carpet over time.

Same as other crypts, when a parva clump grows larger and develops daughter plants, just separate their rhizomes and replant the smaller plantlets.

They are just new plants that grow from the original bunch... once you see a bunch grow larger and denser with more stalks and leaves, just uproot it and then separate it into smaller bunches and replant in more areas.

Btw, as with most crypts, parva is relatively slow growing, so starting with more pots would help create a carpet in shorter time.

Crypts shooting new leaves every 2-3 days? Seeing new plantlets too. Don't know why people find it hard to grow crypts...
