I did try dsm with my hc, but realise the temp was too hot and went to get a 2nd hand chiller and manage to save all my hc from the heat. They(as posted) are just alive today and doing just ok only. The few pearling ones was bcos they receive good lighting from my 2 spotlights but the rest not so much activity.

I tilt the angle to 45 instead of straight down. Cover open. Now its about 27 28.

I do not have space for chiller. So if they fail with my fan i will try other plants. Trying glosso too. Now the temp is 27+

Hi brother, forgotten to ask, do you have CO2 injection? Should you try something less challenging first?

I do not tink i will set another tank so not trying for an easier plant first. But rather i will go on a easier plant if i fail and give up. No CO2. As i will b using excel

Hi brother, I think you need to research more on the requirement first. From the list I posted and extracted from Pinterest, HC need high light and high CO2 although it can lives at 28degC. For glossy even Malay right? 15degC - 26degC. Can you provide them all these parameters or not?

Haha. I know of the temp and CO2 issue. Cooler is a no no. But CO2 I might do. If excel fails or too expensive or too tiring then i will do CO2. Temp i would tink it is due to no water yet as the cover is a over head filter. Plus fan blowing at the dripping water, i am confident temp is not an issue. I just wanna try.... but really thanks for your advice.
