plant Id and help!

Anyone able to help ID this plant? and what is happening to it, the new growth on the tip seems to be turning yellow/brown

That is Pogestemon erectus. With highlighting intensity, the tip would turn yellowish.

thanks for the ID. so will reducing the lighting duration help? since i cant really dim the intensity

It is the sign that the plants are doing well. So I don’t think you need to reduce the intensity.
