nice tanksless pain compared to losing lures...

Hi !
is it a java fern on your 2ft tank? look like you are planting it directly into the soil? Have read some where that java fern need to tight it on the wood..

hi,
Some ferns were tied to thin sponge and some were tied to ketapang leaves. We buried the sponge and ketapang leaves leaving the rizhome half buried. a small amount was buried with the rizhome. Was experimenting on what will work for lapis sand. ketapang leaves so far so good. sponge so far so good.... those that were burried deep, rotted away, those that were buried shallow at an angle (half of the rizhome is sticking out) is doing ok. Hope that helps.

Very natural.

Well here is my impression.
Because of the driftwood and the rock, it causes a "clash" sense there.
If you are thinking of a woody environment, the current driftwood will not do since it has too much irregular branches. 3 smaller driftwoods, with two straights up and one like a mountain might be look better and without the stone. Surface is also too rough. The two straight ups could be one left, one right beside each other, thus covering the pippings. =)
Next thing is, instead of having so many varieties of the plant types, you might want to just reduce the number of spieces but increase the volume of the ones you want to keep. Remember to leave space for growing.
Those with mountain minnows, do this: Get a cover. If not, your fish will jump to it's death.![]()
looks good , natural

Nice scape.. Any details on your setup?
