After a long decision and i decided to reset my tank. using shrimp sand and Gex soil..
    Tank : 40cm x 25cm x 25cm..
Plant : java moss, star moss, hair grass and not sure the name.

I did this during Sunday, 24 July 2011.. i didn't wait for long cycle, cause no 2nd tank.. 19 neon tetras, 4 cory, 2 oto, 7 cherry red, and 1 crs (but died after few hours)..
so far till today all so survive and just add in 1 mini lobster..

feel free to comments, hope to improve better in aquascaping. =)

    Old look..

    New look..

Maybe you can add one more rock and create slope on both side or just create a slope on either side with 3 rocks at the slope will make it look nicer... After all need and nice bro...

You can also add a larger rock behind the 2 rocks to give the contrast. After your hairglass started to grow well, it will be a very nice scape. Good job :>

Re: Newbie Reset Tank Project "R"

Bro maybe you can put your hang on filter on the left or right of the tank thAn you will have more water movement for the whole tank instead of the right side only...

Just a small suggestion... If you got extra cash try to use mini canister so can hold more bio load...
After all nice tank and scaping...

Hi, I'm now using external filter, sponge is brought from seaview quite a while. I never give a name for it, I just plant blindly.

mo shen ren, the rock on the right side of the 2nd pic is star moss right? how did it do?

cos i read that star moss is not a true water moss and that it will die off over time.
