Sorry to disappoint you. He got me started on the hobby. He repeatedly brought up interest in having an aquarium in our home. During his birthday 2 years ago, I brought him to Seaview to pick out his "presents". Now they are all my presents.

3) remove shoe
4) on tank light
5) say hello to my little love
6) feeding them
7) see them eat
Spend about 30-45mins....
C.O alarm rings.....den go for shower.....
After kids n C.O Zzz....then spend more time....

Haha. My hubby is pretty skillful in the shopping dept. I would ask "Can I take a look in this shop?" He would smile and say ok. And holding my hand, he would take me in and walk one round with me swiftly, without even me having a chance to touch anything and next I know? We are out of the store. It's an art I tell you. Haha

Yeah. It's not that he doesn't like the tanks. He enjoys having them in the house and admits that it makes the home look very cosy. He's just baffled about the time I can actually spend just staring at the tanks. At the very least, he still drives me to all corners of Singapore buying aquarium stuff from LFS and bros in here.

So envy both of you. I used to spend numerous hours looking at my tanks, but now not much. The time has been diverted to look at my TVR instead .

hahaha..TS ,you are perfectly normal..before my school even started in august last year, i spent a cumulative period of 3-4hours per day just doing up the tank and looking at them.. but now i have no choice, i have to spend more time looking at notes and textbooks instead..

Sometimes 5am or even 6am....
Put Ben Timer on me...to wake up and watch my shrimps.

In fact...watching fish tank is one way to relief Stress....But for some like me,alvin chan and Maurice...is extra stress....watch more will get more scolding...

Now my started to "LIKE" this hobby....
She enjoy when people in the Western Singapore buy shrimps from me...
Cause buyers will collect the shrimps from her as she is working at the west...
Why she's happy???
Cause all the funds will proceed into her wallet....

usually 1hr, after that will go and use the computer, after 1hr will be back to fish tank again for 15-30min. cycle keeps going until i sleep or go out haha. but i don't keep shrimps now only fish

Usually 1 hr on weekdays, more time on weekends. One complain I hear often is my CO saying I feed the shrimps before feeding her (bring her out for breakfast).
