Just did a quick read up on water-bridge. Indeed very fascinating will the water-bridge work for tanks placed on different tiers (levels) of a stand?

Nope, It levels the water. I was using stands of uneven lower tier height. The water was leveled making the higher tank having less water..

Yup, it just cross my mind after posting my previous reply that with gravity at work, the lower tank(s) will only overflow draining the up tank(s) in the process. Nevertheless, I'll see how I can incorporate the bridge into any of my existing setup as it seems very intriguing

    Hi Felix,

I was thinking of setting a glosso carpet for my tank but not sure how it will turn out in a low-tech setup.
Could you offer me any advise to growing glosso and planting them.

    Thanks.

    Re: My Outdoor setup

Feeling too bored. uploading some pictures of recently setup tank.

Another lapis + garden soil from nursery out in the sun. (pictures not at time of setup. few days later)

everyday watering to about this much. (evaporates until no more around end of the day or maybe have birds come drink water?)

picture after initial flooding with some special forces shrimps who rake up soil until like smoke bomb hit the tank.

I always amazed at how your outdoor setup can be 'intact and undisturbed' by any itchy hands people.
