i recommend SAE they are superrrrrrr good ~
yamato and oto can clean it up

Looks like diatoms... those wispy-looking algae are very common in new tanks, they will eventually disappear on their own (other types of algae will take over) or if you add shrimps (once the tank is fully cycled), they will eat it up.
