recently bought a Fluval C3 hangover filter, but found that the inflow pipe is too short, noticed that there is a extendable pipe part no. in the box lists and anyone know where can I get this part?
today went to yishun C328 but don't have.
just fyi, pet lover shop is having 25% offer for the the fluval c-series power filter right now.
You may ask the seller if he left the extension out. Last time, i bought from freshnmarine and it is a display set. She left out the extension. I had to go back to the shop and get it back. If you can't get it from the seller. Don't worry, Improvision is possible. But, the fish tank may not be good looking. You may cut a short, water pipe and connect it. The bottom of this pipe may have small line outlet resembling the extension.
By the way, may i know where you get this fluval filter?
I bought it at pet lover shop at nex, original price at $90+,after 25% discount is $60+.They opened the new pack and tested the motor functionalit and I doubt they could miss it.Originally Posted by aquaticstar
Maybe, you can tell properly that your package has missing extension. See what they can do. Must be polite to them. If they can't do anything, you may try improvising.
Just to understand, are you looking for the intake tube or this extension tube? I bought a C4 from C328 recently. The intake tube is included in the package, but the extension tube is separate. Don't think I have seen the extension tube before locally.

ya think can't find selling the extension tube here. My tank's depth is 21", so the intake tube look a bit too short
